Every track starts somewhere real—a journal entry, a question, a memory, a conversation, or a moment I couldn’t get out of my head. Some are about mental health, faith, loss, anger, hope, or the tension of trying to hold onto both at the same time.

The songs may be AI-assisted, but the experiences behind them are real.

This space is where I explain what inspired each song, what was happening in my life when it was written, and the meaning behind the lyrics. Some stories are straightforward. Others are harder to explain. But every song started with something real enough that I felt the need to write it down.
